SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS & INCLUSIONS

Sponsorship of this web site is available to everyone - companies, individuals, groups, associations etc. from around the world - in fact anyone interested in supporting a fantastic community related project with the added benefits of broad spectrum advertising!

Sponsorship not only supports the project but also provides an affordable advertising vehicle through continuous exposure to a cross-section of coal mining professionals, companies and management throughout the Illawarra and across the world.

Two levels of sponsorship are available:

• Minor Sponsor -  $110 (incl. GST)
  Six months continuous exposure including;
  
  * A small hyperlinked advertising banner on the header of the most popular page still available (preferred dimensions 125 x 125 pixels) ,
  * A large hyperlinked advertising banner on the footer of the same page (preferred dimensions 468 x 60 pixels),
  * A listing on the Sponsors page including hyperlinks to your web site, email address and your sponsored page, and 50 words of advertising text.
  
  Please note the Entry Page, Contents Page and Search page are excluded as they are reserved for Major Sponsors only.

• Major Sponsor - $550 (incl.GST)
  Includes all the above for six months, PLUS ;
  
  * An additional large hyperlinked banner advertisement (preferred dimensions 468 x 60 pixels) placed on the Entry Page, Contents Page or Search Page during the same 6 month period - guaranteeing maximum exposure!
  
  We have reserved these three most popular pages for Major Sponsors only, restricting us to only three Major Sponsors at any time. However, please note we reserve the right to increase this at any time.

Your banner advertisement may be animated or static to the dimensions stated and will include a hyperlink to your company's web site (where applicable) or  to your details listed on the sponsor page if no web site exists.

Normally, banners can be sourced or created from your existing web site for your advertisement and we can do this for you at no charge. However, if you need a more complex banner advertisement created please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote.

FOUR WAYS TO BECOME A SPONSOR

There are four easy options  to become a sponsor - pick the easiest for you!

Option 1 -  Fill out the form below and submit it on-line, or

Option 2 -  Email Mark McShane at mark@intouchweb.com.au and he will contact you to finalise details, or

Option 3 - Call Mark on 02 4625 5122 during business hours, or

Option 4 - Download this printer friendly Sponsorship Form and fax it to Mark

If you submit the form below you will immediately receive a return e-mail confirming your submission has been received. After we have verified your submission to become a sponsor, you will receive an invoice, emailed to your nominated email address.

If available, you can e-mail your company logo (preferred format is jpg or gif) or send a clear letterhead/business card for us to create a logo banner for you. Otherwise we can source and/or create your banners from your own web site.

We reserve the right to vary sponsorship fees, benefits or any other details at any time without notice.
